Help shape how a global company's products and brand come to life across customer touchpoints.
RUN Studios, and its client partner, are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Designer, Go-to-Market for a 10-month project.
This role combines creative excellence with systems thinking, translating strategy into scalable design solutions that power launches, campaigns, and always-on marketing programs.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer who can build design systems, create foundational creative frameworks, and scale work across web, social, paid media, email, presentations, and digital experiences. They are equally comfortable crafting high-impact creative and developing the infrastructure that enables teams to move faster and more consistently.
As a Senior Designer, Go-to-Market, You Will
Design Leadership & Creative Development
  • Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to bring go-to-market strategies to life through compelling visual design.
  • Develop creative frameworks and visual systems that enable consistent expression across campaigns, product launches, and customer experiences.
  • Create high-quality designs that balance strategic storytelling, brand expression, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to creative direction and help elevate the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of customer-facing work.

Design Systems & Scale
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, templates, and toolkits that support global campaigns and cross-functional teams.
  • Define standards and best practices that improve consistency across websites, social channels, digital advertising, presentations, and marketing experiences.
  • Create modular design approaches that allow content and campaigns to scale efficiently across formats, audiences, and regions.
  • Partner with other designers to ensure systems are adopted, maintained, and continuously improved.

Go-to-Market Execution
  • Lead design development across key launch moments and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Design for a broad range of customer touchpoints including:
    • Websites and landing pages
    • Social media campaigns
    • Digital advertising and banner systems
    • Product marketing experiences
    • Email and lifecycle marketing
    • Executive and event presentations
  • Translate strategic messaging into clear, engaging visual experiences optimized for digital environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers, Content Strategists, Creative Directors, and Agency Partners to define design solutions that support business goals.
  • Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Drive alignment across teams while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Mentor and support other designers by sharing best practices, workflow improvements, and design system expertise.

Craft & Quality
  • Maintain an exceptional standard for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and brand consistency.
  • Ensure all work meets accessibility standards and follows established design principles.
  • Review and refine assets and systems to ensure they are production-ready and optimized for downstream execution.
  • Champion design excellence while finding opportunities to increase efficiency through systems and reusable patterns.

As an Applicant, You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, digital design, product marketing design, or go-to-market creative.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, Auto Layout, and scalable workflows.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems, digital campaigns, websites, and integrated marketing work.
  • Experience designing for multiple customer touchpoints including web, social, paid media, and marketing experiences.
  • Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, visual storytelling, and modern digital design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and governing large-scale design systems.

Bonus if You Have
  • Experience supporting global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows and modern design tooling.

Compensation
Pay Range: $117,000 - $132,000 / yearly
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
