From residential buying and selling to investment opportunities and long-term real estate goals, we work closely with our clients to provide knowledgeable guidance and a high level of service throughout the process.

Our business is built on relationships, local market expertise, and a commitment to doing what’s right for our clients. We’ve grown through referrals, repeat business, and a strong reputation in the communities we serve, and we’re continuing to expand our reach and strengthen our brand.

As we grow, marketing and communication are becoming an increasingly important part of how we connect with clients, support our agents, and tell the story of who we are. We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who can bring creativity, organization, and fresh ideas to the team.

Marketing & Communications

  • Create content highlighting listings, agents, company news, market insights, client success stories, and community involvement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing materials.
  • Create graphics, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage the company’s social media presence and content calendar.
  • Develop, schedule, and monitor content across relevant social platforms.
  • Support digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns designed to increase awareness and generate new business.
  • Monitor engagement, campaign performance, and key metrics and make recommendations based on results.

  • Help identify opportunities to increase the company’s visibility and strengthen relationships within the communities we serve.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of marketing or communications experience, ideally in real estate, professional services, or a client-focused environment.
  • Experience creating and managing social media, email campaigns, digital content, marketing materials, and website content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.
  • Comfortable using Canva, CRM systems, social media platforms, and other marketing tools, with an interest in tracking results and improving campaigns.
  • A proactive, creative team player who takes ownership, brings new ideas, and is excited to grow with the company and build a long-term career in real estate marketing.
