Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Visual Designer to work remotely . Everforth ECS is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate DHS' brand message and support federal client deliverables.

This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency , and the ability to work within brand guidelines while meeting project deadlines in a federal contracting environment. Responsibilities for this role will include the following: Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including presentations, reports, and briefings Work directly with Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions Translate complex conce pts and strategies into compelling data visualizations and infographics to support DHS executives Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Prepare files for print production or digital distribution Ensure all deliverables meet federal agency branding and style guide requirements Assist UX designers in creating mockups and prototypes Create Section 508 compliant and accessible documents Required Skills U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Visual Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience Self-starter with acute attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) and Microsoft Office Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management) Results-oriented with high expectations for quality, accuracy, and overall excellence Familiarity with Section 508 and accessibility requirements Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Desired Skills Prior experience supporting federal clients Experience using Figma Familiarity working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and SharePoint Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Experience with U.S.
