Audiovisual Programmer In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-visibility projects by providing expert programming and architectural support for audiovisual systems. You will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for customers and end users, with a focus on Crestron equipment and environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in AV programming and system design, contributing to innovative and reliable solutions.

Position Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test high-performance AV solutions for government customers Generate custom audiovisual system designs using Crestron technologies Support customer stakeholder meetings to collect, document, and validate system requirements Research, identify, and recommend technology options to address customer needs Support onsite deployment of AV systems and lead system configuration phases Coordinate with customer facilities teams, subcontractors, and vendors during installation as required Support the development of end-user training materials and operations & maintenance plans Perform in-house testing and onsite commissioning at client locations Develop industry expertise through continuing education, certifications, and review of trade publications Basic Qualifications (Required): Proven experience with Crestron programming and system environments Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages including C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, and Visual Basic Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex AV systems Hands-on experience with network programming Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Familiarity with systems engineering principles and integration best practices Preferred Qualifications (Desired): Experience translating customer requirements into software designs Knowledge of software systems configuration management Experience with C# and object-oriented programming Experience with HTML/web programming for user interface design Crestron Gold level programming certification or higher Experience working with local and remote teams at all levels of staff and management Experience as a member of an agile or collaborative development team Audiovisual Systems Programmer In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-visibility projects by providing expert programming and architectural support for audiovisual systems.
