To thrive as a Visual Basic Developer, you need strong programming skills in Visual Basic (VB/VB.NET), a solid understanding of software development principles, and ideally a degree in computer science or related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL databases, and version control systems like Git is typically required.
