About the Role

As aSenior Designer,you will play a key role in shaping and evolving brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. This role requires exceptional art direction skills and a strong command of AI-driven content creation, particularly in shaping photographic and image-based visual systems within scalable brand platforms.

You'lllead concept development, translating strategic insights into distinctive brand worlds, identity systems, and flexible visual frameworks that extend beyond campaign-driven work. You will define and articulate clear visual territories,establishingmood, tone, casting sensibility, composition, and narrative direction, embedding these principles into long-term brand foundations rather than one-off executions.

With a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and systems thinking, you will confidently present ideas to clients and mentor junior designers, raising thebar for art direction and integrating AI-enabled content workflows into the team's brand design process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as achampion and guardian of clients' brand identities,ensuring consistency and creative excellence.

  • Develop high-level creative concepts with minimal oversight, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas to the table.

  • Lead the development of concept-driven brand identities and scalable design systems.

  • Define forward-thinking art direction frameworks that guide photography, image-making, and content ecosystems across brand platforms.

  • Translate strategic narratives into distinctive, ownable visual languages that flex across digital, physical, and content environments.

  • Establish clear visual territories through mood systems, reference frameworks, compositional principles, and narrative guidelines.

  • Collaborate across disciplines-includingstrategy, copywriting, motion, and technology-to build holistic brand experiences.

  • Distinguish between campaign-driven design and long-term brand ecosystems, adapting your approach accordingly.

  • Createmulti-faceted design deliverables, frombrand audits and identity systems to retail experiences and CRM campaigns.

  • Balance multiple projects and clients, delivering compelling creative solutions on tight deadlines.

  • Produceinspiring, provocative, and disruptive work that elevates brands and engages audiences.

  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to concept, visualize, and prototype brand directions and scalable content systems.

  • Help define best practices for integrating AI into the brand design and conceptual development process in a craft-driven and responsible way.

  • Elevate the team's art direction capabilities, particularly in photography and AI-enabled image creation.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications

  • A portfolio thatdemonstratesconcept-driven brand identity work, strong art direction thinking, and the ability to build cohesive visual systems that scale across touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an agency, design studio, or related creative field.

  • Deep understanding of thecreative process-beyond justcampaign executionand production design.

  • Ability to work independentlywhile contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team environment.

  • Strongdesignsensibility, with an ability to craft visually stunning and strategically sound work.

  • ExpertproficiencyinFigma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Proven experience developing brand identities and design systems, not just campaign-level creative.

  • Strong command of photographic language, visual storytelling, and contemporary content aesthetics.

  • Demonstratedproficiencywith AI-powered content, prompting andimage generation platforms such asNanoBananna, Runway, Firefly, or similar, with the ability to integrate them into scalable brand and content workflows.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with strategists, producers, developers, and writers.

  • Experience inmotion design or 3Dis a plus.
