At Vistaprint Venlo, we aren't just running machines; we are crafting quality and delivering excellence. We are looking for 5 Shift Production Supervisor who knows how to lead a team, optimize processes, and champion safety.

What You Will Do

• You will be the bridge between our strategy and our floor operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Shift: Drive daily start-up meetings centered on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity) to keep your team aligned.

  • Coach & Develop: Empower your team members, providing the feedback and training they need to excel.

  • Solve Problems: Work on the floor to troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes, and technical challenges.

  • Collaborate: Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure our production environment is organized, safe, and efficient.

  • The Pro: You have 3+ years of shift supervision experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • The Potential: You are a high-potential talent with a growth mindset—if you have the passion to lead and the ability to influence, we want to hear from you.

  • The "Plus" Factors: While not mandatory, experience in an FMCG environment or a strong technical/process background will give you a significant head start.

  • The Mindset: You are a communicator, a problem-solver, and a team player. (Proficiency in English is a must; Dutch, German, or Polish is a huge plus!)

Nice to Have

• A degree or certification in a technical or business field (MBO+ level or equivalent)

• Practical experience in Operations Management and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  

• Dutch and/or German language
