JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work on low carbon and alloy steel plates. To include die shoes, stripper pads, risers, parallels, mold plates and machine building components. This is a job shop, not production work (low-volume, high mix).
  • Program at the machine from 3D data using cam software. (VISI)
  • Create parts efficiently and within tolerances provided
  • Setup and create work plane zeros for each part
  • Use your knowledge and experience to ensure all work is in relationship to all parts of the job.
Experience:
  • 3+years’ experience. But willing to train the right person
  • Programming on the floor with cam software (VISI)
  • Strong Knowledge of machining practices, GD amp;T standards and measuring tools
  • Detailed orientated
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Must submit pre-employment drug and background check authorization
