The role is responsible for transforming VDP into the industry's leading developer and client platform, enabling clients to discover, onboard, test, configure, launch, and manage Visa capabilities through a modern, intuitive, and AI-native experience.
This leader will partner closely with Product, Technology, Design, Client Services, Strategy, and Commercialization teams to accelerate client time-to-value, improve Developer NPS, reduce onboarding friction, and drive adoption of Visa's expanding portfolio of APIs and services. • Expand self-service capabilities for onboarding, configuration, account management, billing support, and operational administration.
  • Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to reduce dependency on manual support processes.

UX & Design Leadership
  • Lead user research, journey mapping, experience measurement, and design strategy.
  • Drive modernization of VDP information architecture, navigation, workflows, and UI patterns.
  • Ensure experiences are accessible, scalable, and globally consistent.
  • Establish design standards and governance across client-facing experiences.

AI-Powered Experiences
  • Define how AI, agents, and developer copilots will transform Visa's client and developer journeys.
  • Drive integration of AI-native experiences across onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation discovery, and support.
  • Partner with engineering teams on the future vision for agent-driven API development and implementation workflows.

Product Execution & Delivery
  • Own roadmap prioritization, investment planning, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives across:
    • VDP redesign
    • Developer documentation modernization
    • Self-service tooling
    • AI-powered support
