AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely, meet with clients virtually, and help make the insurance decision-making process clear and comfortable.

Responsibilities
  • Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
  • Build rapport and identify each client's insurance needs
  • Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
  • Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
  • Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships
  • Keep organized records and complete required documentation
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions
