Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and challenges, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
  • Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, ensuring clients feel safe and heard during difficult times.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in adherence with HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and integrity in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active LMHC license in Oregon, or eligibility for reciprocity to provide services across state lines.
