• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and challenges, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, ensuring clients feel safe and heard during difficult times.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in adherence with HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and integrity in all documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop an integrated approach for each client's care.
• Utilize advanced telehealth platforms and tools to enhance the delivery of mental health services, ensuring high-quality care and client satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team discussions to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be critical in offering guidance and support to clients from different backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects individual experiences and perspectives.

• Possession of an active LMHC license in Oregon, or eligibility for reciprocity to provide services across state lines.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth setting, providing virtual therapy to diverse client groups.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care, CBT, as well as solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Strong technological skills with experience using virtual therapy platforms to foster effective client communication.
• Exceptional communication and rapport-building abilities to create a trusting and safe environment for clients in virtual sessions.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting, with familiarity in addressing the unique challenges faced by underserved populations.
• Proven track record of successful treatment outcomes in a remote therapy context, with skills in adapting therapeutic techniques to virtual interactions.
• Active engagement in professional organizations or continued education initiatives to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

The position offers a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including:
