Part-Time Virtual Executive Assistant
South Shore, MA | Virtual/ Hybrid

South Shore, virtual/ hybrid position. Looking for a flexible, part-time role where your work truly makes a difference? We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support small business executive to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a virtual/ in home office position serving the South Shore area, offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative team.
In this role, you'll manage calendars, schedule Zoom meetings, coordinate communications, assist with projects, and help maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. You will play a key role managing projects, organizing details, meet deadlines, and focus on key business goals.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently, communicates professionally, and can successfully manage multiple priorities. Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Zoom is required. Project management experience is a plus.
