Job description

Inova Loudoun Hospital - Progressive Care Unit is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team.

This schedule for this role will be Full-Time | Nights | 7:00PM-7:30AM | Days Vary | Rotating weekends & holidays |

Clinical Technician 1 - Job Responsibilities:

* Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.

* Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.

* Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.

* May perform additional duties as assigned

Training: Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)

Classroom-style sessions: 8AM - 4:30PM (6 shifts total)

Virtual training modules.

On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

* Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire

* Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
