  • Revenue growth, profitability, and business impact generated through strategic partnership channels.
  • Expansion, retention, and overall health of key strategic partnerships, including growth within existing partner relationships.
  • Strength and quality of partnership pipeline, including conversion from prospect to active partner.
  • Development of scalable partnership operating mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and organizational capabilities.
What you're great at:
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven success building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships within travel, consumer, subscription, marketplace, or technology businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem, including airlines, hospitality, online travel agencies, loyalty programs, and related distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex strategic commercial agreements that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience owning revenue targets, evaluating partnership economics, and driving business performance.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • A builder mentality with experience creating scalable processes, operating models, and high-performing teams in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional commercial talent.
  • Customer-obsessed, highly resourceful, and motivated by delivering outsized business outcomes.
