POSITION DESCRIPTION

Virtual Sales Consultants deliver sales presentations generated from inhouse owners and guests over the computer using screen-sharing technology and processes to reload Owner accounts. The ideal candidate will personalize the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner upgrade experience. They will maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS          

  • Follow and adhere to our Sales Process when presenting to owners.
  • Establish trust with the Owners throughout the entire sales process to build on-going rapport.
  • Discover the needs of Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
  • Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the Owners current and future vacation needs.
  • Practice and continue to develop and improve sales script and presentation.
  • Ensure clear understanding of finance options and present as an approach to ownership.
  • Prepare for daily appointments

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent
  • Bilingual encouraged but not required
  • Minimum two years of timeshare experience
  • Face to Face or Virtual in-house timeshare Sales experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Arizona Real Estate License or Nevada timeshare license required
     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum two years of in-house timeshare experience is necessary, Virtual timeshare sales experience a plus, but not necessary.
  • Verifiable sales statistics.
  • Dependable and goal oriented.
  • Must be process oriented with attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
  • Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Excellent owner/customer service skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
  • Mastery of the use of appropriate interpersonal social styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals towards goal achievement.
  • Pursuit of continuous improvement to improve, enhance or increase personal knowledge and skills that will assist in job performance.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most of the work will be done in a remote environment, must have reliable high-speed internet.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as business needs require. Hours are 9:30-5:30 pm est.
