The International Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the Americas to support the organization’s growth and evolving staffing needs. This role requires Spanish proficiency, a strong understanding of global labor markets, cross-border hiring practices, and the ability to build relationships with candidates across diverse regions.


The International Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish) plays a key role in delivering high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with international employment regulations.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

· Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified candidates across international markets using job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment partners.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support current and future hiring needs.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

· Stay informed on global labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.

· Leverage market insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Candidate Evaluation & Interviewing

· Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs.

· Conduct initial screenings and interviews (virtual and/or in-person) to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Relationship Management

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

· Provide a positive candidate experience while positioning the organization as an employer of choice.

Global Recruitment Coordination

· Partner with hiring managers, HR, and legal teams to support international hiring initiatives.

· Navigate complexities related to cross-border hiring, including immigration requirements and local employment regulations.

Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international labor laws, visa requirements, and employment standards.

· Maintain accurate and compliant documentation throughout the hiring process.

Offer Management & Negotiation

· Support the offer process by extending offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating candidate acceptance in alignment with company guidelines.

Onboarding Support

· Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for international hires.

· Support new employees in acclimating to the organization’s culture and work environment.

Reporting & Metrics

· Track and analyze recruitment metrics using ATS systems (e.g., JobDiva).

· Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

· 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with international or global exposure

· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.

· Understanding of global labor markets, cultural differences, and international hiring practices

· Working knowledge of labor laws, visa/work authorization processes, and compliance requirements

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (JobDiva preferred) and ability to analyze recruiting data

· Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones

· Ability to support candidate logistics, including travel coordination and related inquiries
