Job description

Position Overview
The F&I Assistant works directly with our Sales F&I Managers to ensure a seamless financing and vehicle delivery process. You will act as the operational backbone of the F&I office—verifying lender programs, processing data with strict accuracy, and handling deal formatting to secure rapid bank funding. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative or sales professional looking to advance into automotive finance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Paperwork Preparation: Accurately prepare vehicle delivery paperwork, retail installment contracts, and DMV/title documents.
  • Credit Applications: Assist with typing, entering, and submitting customer credit applications to our extensive network of lending institutions.
  • Incentive Verification: Verify interest rates, manufacturer rebates, and Stellantis incentives against current lender programs to ensure total compliance.
  • Deal Funding: Package completed deal jackets quickly and follow up with banks to clear stipulations and secure prompt contract funding.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication between the F&I office, sales consultants, and sales managers to keep the delivery log moving efficiently.
  • Administrative Duties: Organize physical and digital deal folders, scan documents, and assist with general dealership compliance tasks as required.
