Job description


DNV Energy Systems Lab and Testing Administrative Support Department is seeking an Opportunity Coordinator. The Opportunity Coordinator will support the Lab and Testing Department. This position leads the process to ensure Opportunities are initiated in Salesforce and set up in Team Center in a timely and efficient manner.
This position is located in our Dublin, Ohio office. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain a tracking sheet of Lab and Testing Department contracts to ensure the correct customer profile (i.e., account ID) is used in Salesforce.
  • Manage opportunities in Salesforce from initiation to set-up in Team Center, ensuring each stage is approved in a timely manner:
    • Identify the correct customer legal entity and applicable contracting requirements (Short Form Agreement, Tier II, Framework Agreement/Master Service Agreement)
    • Set-up and complete the Opportunity Risk Assessment.
    • Build a quote based on the proposal cost details (i.e., procalc), as depicted by the Project Manager (PM).
    • Ensure the project team is added to Salesforce and the PM is moved to the lead role in Salesforce once the opportunity is moved to Team Center.
    • Review customer PO to ensure all necessary proposal and contractual requirements are accurate.
    • Lead the communication to the customer for any POs requiring changes or updates to achieve agreement between the PO and Opportunity information.
    • Upload signed/authorized PO to Salesforce once review/update process is complete and change the opportunity to "closed/won" and push to Team Center.
  • Coordinate with regional Proposal and Opportunity development teams to align best practices, processes, and templates.
  • Support Opportunity/Proposal Owner with proposal development activities.
  • Assist PMs with troubleshooting throughout the opportunity process in Salesforce.
  • Run or facilitate credit checks on clients and troubleshoot where routine clients are showing bad ratings.
  • Incorporate use of CoPilot for efficiency improvement
  • Keep Microsoft Outlook and Teams open, promptly acknowledge requests, and provide estimated completion times.
  • Other administrative tasks, as requested, to improve Department efficiencies and provide PM support.

Qualifications
What is Required
