The Associate Privileging Coordinator is responsible for obtaining all required documentation to support client credentialing and privileging needs prior to assignment start. They partner with internal teams, the facility, and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process.
What You'll Do:
  • Develops and implements the Company's Customer Care strategies, working with all specialty teams in the company.
  • Communicates with accounts via phone calls and e-mails regarding relevant concerns and necessary documentation.
  • Processes privileges as assigned.
  • Credentials according to the client's business model
  • Supports the booking process, sometimes from behind the scenes, ensuring timely and accurate privileging file progression
  • Develops technical expertise in privileging requirements, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Executes assigned tasks with a focus on quality, turnaround time, and accuracy
  • Partners with Coordinators to keep bookings moving forward efficiently
  • Begins to understand client expectations and downstream impacts on bookings
