These tasks can range from data entry, online research, and transcription to customer service and content moderation. Virtual Task workers typically use online platforms to find work and can choose assignments that fit their skills and schedule. This type of job is ideal for people seeking flexible, work-from-home opportunities. Payment is usually per task or project, and requirements vary depending on the complexity of the job.

These abilities are essential for efficiently supporting clients, managing remote workflows, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job description

WealthCounsel brings together the best - the best drafting software and legal tools, the best educators, the best support staff, and the best collegial community - to cultivate the growth and success of its member attorneys and their clients. We recently added another "best" to our toolbelt when we were awarded the 2025 Best Place to Work in the Cloud. The Cloud Awards is one of the longest-running awards platforms of its kind and recognizes the latest achievements and innovations in cloud computing.
We're committed to fostering a positive work environment that is backed up by competitive benefits (see below) and a culture of collaboration. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Product Designer to join our team.
Job Summary
The Associate Product Manager works alongside the Senior Product Managers to support the day-to-day definition, operation, and communication of their assigned product line. This position takes prioritized opportunities as input and learns to decompose them into development-ready requirements in partnership with the Senior PM, Engineering, and QA, while owning the operational tasks that keep the team informed - feedback classification, status and health reporting, analytics monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. The role is designed for support and growth: participation in continuous discovery on the assigned product line is the primary vehicle for developing product instinct and craft.
Position Responsibilities
  • Supports an assigned Senior Product Manager with day-to-day product definition, refining prioritized opportunities into epic- and story-level requirements in partnership with Engineering and QA.
  • Participates in continuous discovery alongside the Senior PM - customer conversations, session logistics, note-taking, and synthesis - as the primary means of developing discovery craft.
  • Contributes to research and helps identify candidate opportunities.
  • Monitors and classifies incoming user feedback, maintaining the channels and shared repository that keep it usable for the product team.
  • Serves as Support's first point of contact with Product, triaging inbound issues and routing escalations to the appropriate owner.
  • Coordinates communication with stakeholders and users, including scheduling, follow-ups, and distribution of findings, following the Senior PM's lead.
  • Maintains product operations hygiene: keeps work item status current, publishes recurring health status reports, and manages release documentation.
  • Monitors product line analytics and helps maintain and enhance dashboards.
  • Supports go-to-market efforts with coordination across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support, synthesizing their input for the Senior PM.
  • Assists with internal training on new features.
  • Takes on time-boxed assignments supporting key projects, along with periodic floating duties across the portfolio.

Requirements
  • A passion for user advocacy and the ability to translate user pain points into actionable solutions and explain the reasoning.
  • Strong organizational habits, with the reliability to own recurring operational commitments unprompted.
  • Clear verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across varied audiences.
  • Comfortable working amid ambiguity, asking clarifying questions rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
  • Experience using AI for thought partnership, research, document development, and general efficiency.

Bonus points:
  • 1-3 years in an adjacent role such as product, design, QA, support, marketing, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and dashboard maintenance.
  • Working awareness of software development practices, with prior exposure to continuous discovery or user research in practice.
  • Familiar with product development tools, including product management platforms, Jira, Confluence, Git, coding agents, and Lucid or Miro for collaborative workshops and visual communication.

Some travel may be required.
Work Environment and Company Benefits:
This is a virtual, full-time position. You will work remotely from your home office, and occasional travel may be required for meetings, trade shows and training.
In addition to your competitive salary package (including base salary and performance based incentives), medical/dental/vision plan, and matching 401(k), you will also enjoy:
  • A generous paid time off package that includes: Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays (including 2 Floating Holidays), Volunteer Time, Blood Donor Leave, Short Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave and more!
  • Matching donations for approved charitable organizations
  • Home internet and gym membership reimbursement
  • Many opportunities to connect with others from your home office and have fun while you work

Salary:
The salary range listed reflects the total on target earnings for this position (base salary plus bonus).
At WealthCounsel, we are committed to cultivating a culture of inclusion and connectedness. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.
