Job description

The role of the IT Level 2 Technician will include activities and tasks such as oversight of network and desktop systems, assignment of user and network protocols, as well as providing configuration standards for workstation deployment, and standards for drivers, printers, and other peripherals. It also includes supporting access to network servers (physical and virtual), VPN gateways, wireless access points, switches, and other hardware and software as needed at our five main sites as well as over fifteen remote sites and Azure. Level 2 support for over 400 active accounts. Works with the IT Operations Director to support technical infrastructure throughout the agency as well as to develop procedures to support the IT Help Desk service and provide technical oversight. Position is located in Norwich, Connecticut.  **This position is hybrid work from home two days per week.***
