• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to successfully determine clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Engage in teletherapy sessions, offering virtual support that empowers clients to navigate their mental health journeys.

Our client base is diverse, and as a therapist, you will work primarily with adult individuals facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through their struggles, equipping them with coping strategies and facilitating their personal growth.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that all client interactions are purposeful and productive.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms will find a seamless transition into our work model advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and a commitment to adapting to client needs is highly desired.
