Responsibilities

We are seeking an amazing Software Engineer to join the Innovation Group. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of software delivery, solution design, deployment, and bring an innovative mindset.

We are focused on delivering solutions to business partners using a wide variety of technologies from virtual reality, agentic AI, and platform engineering.

Within our suite there are opportunities to lead small development teams and interact with Staff, Senior, and Principal Engineers across the department as we work to influence and assist many areas develop their business processes and services. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using TypeScript, Angular, and Go.
  • Apply AI tools and techniques, including GenAI development, Agents, and LLM-based models, to build intelligent solutions that enhance product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to integrate data-driven insights into software products.
  • Build and optimize data solutions that support AI and machine learning workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices to continuously improve our AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Desired Experience:

  • Python, Terraform, APIs, JSON, React
  • AWS (Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3, Cloudfront, API gateway, SNS, Sagemaker)
  • Azure experience a plus but not required
  • Experience in cloud architecture and development
  • Focused on integrating DevSecOps practices in their work
  • Production integration/deployment/support experience a plus
  • Applied experience using AI tools and frameworks, specifically:
    • Generative AI development (GenAI)
    • Agent-based AI solutions
    • Large Language Model (LLM) integration and deployment

Secondary Requirements:

  • Strong experience in building data-based solutions, including:
    • Working directly with data sets and understanding data pipelines
    • Engineering and delivering robust data solutions to support business needs
    • Designing and implementing scalable data architectures
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and workflows.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Angular for frontend development.
  • Experience with Go for backend is a plus.

Hybrid Work Locations: Bloomington, IL-Corporate, Dunwoody, GA-Park Center, Richardson, TX-CityLine or Tempe, AZ-Marina Heights Hub locations.
