Abteilungsleiter Software Development (m/w/d)

Zur Komax Gruppe gehören über 50 Gesellschaften auf fünf Kontinenten, rund 3500 Mitarbeitende und ein weltweites Vertriebs- und Servicenetz.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter und Leitung der Softwareabteilung
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Software- Architektur in der Komax SLE und innerhalb der Business Unit
  • Struktureller Aufbau, Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen und -Methodiken in der Softwareabteilung
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Softwareentwicklungsprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität
  • Definition, Umsetzung und Pflege der Maschinensteuerungsplattform
  • Umsetzung der Produkteroadmap und das Releasemanagement im Bereich Software
  • Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität und Einhaltung von Entwicklungsstandards in Kundenprojekten sowie Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Durchführung der operativen Planung der Programmieraufgaben und Einhaltung der Termine in Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch/Beratung von anderen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern intern sowie im Komax Konzern, ebenso wie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern (Hochschulen, Entwicklungsbüros)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und unternehmerischen Vorschriften in der Softwareabteilung (Maschinenrichtlinie/ Maschinenverordnung)
  • Sicherstellung der Dokumentation von Wissen in der Softwareabteilung
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Softwareentwicklung und/oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Programmieren und in der Führung von Programmiererteams/-abteilungen im Maschinen-, Geräte- und Anlagenbau zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Software in Hochsprachen (C#; C++), SPS (strukturierter Text/TwinCat3), optional Bildverarbeitung (openCV)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Standardisierung und Industrialisierung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Geräten
  • Agile Entwicklungsmethodenkompetenz
  • Design-to-Cost Kenntnisse, erste Erfahrung in der systematischen Kostenoptimierung
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Methoden des Lean Managements wünschenswert
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
