This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
Typical Flex Officer Objectives:
  • Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
  • Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
  • Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
  • Weekend and holiday availability needed.
  • Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Officer Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma OR GED.
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed.
  • Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
  • 1 Year Security Experience Required.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
