Job description

Support the Red Cross from home by helping to coordinate volunteers for life-saving blood drives! As a Scheduling Team Member, youโ€™ll manage shift schedules, communicate with volunteers, and assist with their onboarding to help ensure smooth operations at blood drives throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.

Responsibilities

  • Keep blood drive schedules updated
  • Recruit and communicate with volunteers by phone & email
  • Teach volunteers how to self-schedule online
  • Manage volunteer engagement and follow-up
