Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
  • Minimum California TPG certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative "team-first" mindset.
  • A commitment to providing the 5-star experience our patients expect.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Day Rate based on experience: $450-$700 per day
  • Matching 401(k): Available for employees working 2.5+ days/week.
  • Paid Holidays: For full-time staff.
