Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and challenges.
  • Engage in individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with state and organizational standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive client care strategies that enhance overall treatment efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional and relational challenges. Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
  • A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon; LPC and LCSW licenses will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for establishing connections and fostering therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits
