The Forge Recovery Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The Forge Recovery Center operates primarily in a remote setting, promoting flexibility and work-life balance. As a member of our clinical team, you will leverage technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions, engage in collaborative discussions via digital platforms, and maintain essential documentation through our patient management software, KIPU Systems. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to effectively determine individual needs and set appropriate treatment goals.
• Create tailored treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic approaches, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Implement and monitor progress on treatment interventions that actively guide clients towards overcoming dependencies and achieving lasting positive changes in their mental health.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, collaborating closely with the clinical director during chart audits.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that aim to enhance service delivery, improving client outcomes and overall treatment effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing communication and coordination with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

The clients we serve range from individuals grappling with mental health disorders to those facing challenges related to substance use disorders. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment and case management skills, complemented by thorough knowledge of mental health issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities to connect with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or an outpatient treatment facility is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing individualized treatment plans and leading both individual and group therapy sessions.
• A solid understanding of ethical and legal requirements in clinical practice within Pennsylvania.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
