• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the needs and challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate with patients to craft individualized treatment plans that take into account their unique goals, needs, and cultural perspectives.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various contexts, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive response to acute patient needs.
• Keep accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, enabling them with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Conduct regular assessments of treatment outcomes to evaluate effectiveness, applying analytical skills to modify and enhance care plans as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends within the mental health field to continually refine and inform your clinical practice.
• Adhere to high ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information and fostering a trustworthy therapeutic environment.

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families from varying cultural backgrounds. We focus on providing tailored mental health support that respects and incorporates each client's unique life circumstances. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or similar environments.
• Background in trauma-informed care practices and familiarity with mental health regulations.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
