• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges, ensuring a comprehensive intake process that gathers vital information for effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to open dialogue and growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community outreach workers, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, documenting progress notes and treatment outcomes to evaluate efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in supervision sessions, workshops, and training programs, staying current with best practices and innovative treatment approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards, advocating for clients’ rights and promoting equitable access to mental health services.

You will primarily engage with a diverse population, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients come from marginalized communities, requiring culturally competent care and an understanding of social determinants that influence mental health. You will be a key resource in guiding them towards recovery, empowerment, and improved emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge in clinical practice.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your proficiency and commitment to the field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing a solid background in direct clinical services.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, including the ability to adapt methods to suit client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

Experience in working with diverse populations, particularly in community health settings, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is a plus, as well as a proven ability to implement therapeutic interventions effectively in a remote environment.
