You will communicate and collaborate with colleagues and clients through advanced remote platforms, allowing you to reach clients across California efficiently. • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain precise documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes.
• Provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions via virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care for clients through regular follow-ups and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Actively link clients to additional services that can enhance their quality of life, such as community resources, support groups, and other therapeutic services.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure holistic care coordination for clients.

Our diverse client base includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inspiration Point Behavioral Health, you will work with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each demographic. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A valid Master’s in Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical or community-based experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of diverse mental health issues and intervention strategies.
• Proficient use of remote platforms and tools for client communication and care delivery.

While not required, experience with telehealth services and knowledge of electronic health record systems will be advantageous in this role. Familiarity with community resources and programs in California further strengthens your application.

Inspiration Point Behavioral Health offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
