As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Green Oak Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, including diagnostic interviews and psychological evaluations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals.
• Utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct sessions, ensuring that client confidentiality and comfort is maintained throughout the process.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Documenting client sessions effectively within our electronic health record system to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and support staff to discuss case management and ensure holistic client care.
• Participating in ongoing professional development, including workshops and team meetings, to stay current on best practices in counseling and mental health.

Your practice will primarily focus on adult clients who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Many of our clients face unique life challenges that call for compassionate support and expert guidance. As such, you will work closely with these individuals to help them build coping strategies, improve their mental health, and achieve their personal goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in telehealth systems and online counseling platforms.
• An understanding of state and federal regulations governing mental health practices and confidentiality.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will have a competitive edge:

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• A history of working with insurance credentialing and an established network of insurance providers.
• Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities in a remote environment.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, Green Oak Wellness provides employees with:
