• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, employing various techniques including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand client needs comprehensively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats—individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions—tailored to meet the diverse challenges faced by clients.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct mental health counseling experience is required.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care and implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities is highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources to assist clients in accessing additional support services will be advantageous.

• The yearly salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
