In this fully remote setting, you will be providing care from Central Point, Oregon, while engaging clients through live video sessions. Our outpatient office infrastructure supports a collaborative environment where counselors can consult with one another and access leadership when needed. We have designed our platform to simplify the therapist experience by integrating advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems with artificial intelligence to enhance patient interactions and improve documentation efficiency.

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly live video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support their mental health goals.

• Collaborating with Brightside’s psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilizing automated symptom self-assessments to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintaining thorough, timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly counselor portal, ensuring that all records are accurately kept and updated.

• Participating in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to discuss cases and receive clinical support.

This role focuses on adult clients dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological disorders. You will be instrumental in providing thoughtful, solution-focused care, ensuring a safe space for processing thoughts and feelings. Our clients often turn to us during vulnerable times, and your ability to provide understanding and empathetic support will be crucial in guiding them through their difficulties.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active LPC license, recognized in Oregon.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, demonstrating knowledge and skills in mental health treatment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling.

• Familiarity with the Unified Protocol and various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Training in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) or a willingness to receive this essential training.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, reflective of experience and licensure. Brightside provides comprehensive benefits, including:
