Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique mental health needs, using secure digital platforms.
  • Create a welcoming and judgment-free environment that encourages clients to share openly and work collaboratively on their healing journeys.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and continuous evaluations of client progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions to guide clients in overcoming mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
  • Regularly document client progress and communication through our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, attend training sessions to further develop your skills, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Virginia.
  • Strong proficiency in providing virtual therapy, utilizing both traditional methods and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients in a virtual environment.
  • Solid understanding of mental health theories and practices, along with a commitment to evidence-based methodologies.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy settings.
  • Experience with developing treatment plans and conducting evaluations in a digital framework.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools that enhance client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits
