Job description

We're hiring a Content Creator / Brand Ambassador to help build awareness and grow our audience through authentic, engaging content across social platforms as we approach public launch.

Summary
  • Flexible Title: Can tailor to reflect your skills & experience.
  • Flexible Time: Can do full-time, part-time, side-gig (off-hours), or fractional (contract).
  • Flexible Commitment: Can do short-term, long-term, or intermittent.

Why so flexible? We're a FUNDED startup racing to launch end of Q3 2026. That gives us just 3 months to stack features while raising additional working capital. Feel free to jump in, help us ship, then bounce >> or stick around. A successful launch translates into lots of permanent jobs for those that want them. We're also interested in long-term "side gig" relationships, if that's what you're into—in our experience, a few expert hours often beat full-time learning-curve hours.

About Us

We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup backed by a growing team. We're pre-launch and moving fast.

About The Role

We're looking for someone who already knows how to show up on social platforms — someone who creates content that people actually engage with, not just scroll past. You'll represent us across channels, create short-form and long-form content, engage with communities, and help build the kind of organic buzz that paid ads can't buy.

You don't need a million followers. What we care about is whether you understand how to connect with an audience, create content that feels real, and build trust online. If you've grown a following — even a small one — by being consistent and authentic, that matters more to us than vanity metrics.

Compensation

Up to $75,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated. Given the flexible commitment model, comp will be structured accordingly — fractional or hourly arrangements welcome.

What You'll Do in Your First 7 Days
  • You've reviewed our current social presence and brand voice
  • You've audited our channels and come back with initial observations on what's working and what's not
  • You've created and posted your first batch of content
  • You've attended your first team meeting and understand the marketing priorities
  • The team knows who you are, why you're here, and how you'll work together
What You'll Do Ongoing
  • Create social content — short-form video, reels, stories, carousels, and posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube
  • Represent the brand online — engage with comments, DMs, and community conversations in a way that feels genuine
  • Grow the audience — build following and engagement through consistent, quality content and community interaction
  • Spot trends and move fast — identify relevant trends, formats, and conversations and create content that taps into them while they're still hot
  • Track what's working — pay attention to what gets engagement and what doesn't, and adjust accordingly
What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Active presence on at least 2 social platforms where you create and post your own content
  • A portfolio, feed, or channel you can point us to — we want to see what you've built
  • Comfortable on camera and behind the keyboard — you can do both video and written content
  • Understand how different platforms work and what performs on each one
  • Self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to post; you see opportunities and move on them

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience creating content for a brand (not just personal)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or even just native platform tools)
  • An existing audience or community presence in any niche
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
What You're NOT
  • Not a social media manager — you're a creator first; scheduling and analytics are secondary to making great content
  • Not a graphic designer — you'll create visual content, but we're not hiring for brand design
  • Not a PR person — this is organic social, not media relations or press outreach
