You will be part of a team driving AI use in some of the nation's most high-profile litigation matters and the emerging frontier of AI in litigation.

In the role of AI Adoption Specialist, you will work in coordination with the Firm's AI Solutions Manager to drive legal adoption, integration, and effective use of the Firm's AI tools and technologies. A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence is required. We are excited for the right individual to join our professional and welcoming team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and virtual coaching, troubleshooting, and day-to-day adoption support for AI tools and technologies to attorneys and legal professionals, promoting best practices and efficiency gains aligned with evolving legal workflows and practice needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI training programs and materials, including awareness communications, onboarding curricula, user guides, workflow documentation, demonstration videos, and resource libraries.
  • Partner with the Firm's Learning & Development Department to design and deliver firm-wide AI training for attorneys and professional staff to support AI pilots, launches, and change-management efforts.
  • Create AI tool demonstrations, scenario-based walkthroughs, and end-to-end workflow examples; develop and maintain reusable AI templates, workflow playbooks, and prompt libraries to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop clear, audience-appropriate communications that translate AI capabilities, use cases, and adoption results into engaging content (e.g., newsletters, announcements, quick-reference guides, intranet posts, and presentations) tailored to different Practice Groups and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve (in coordination with the AI Solutions Manager) as a cross-functional liaison among attorneys, case teams, the Firm's Practice Groups, IT, and administrative stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and embed AI into matter workflows, eDiscovery offerings, and operational processes.
  • Support the integration of AI tools with practice support and IT platforms (e.g., case/matter systems, document review, litigation support, eDiscovery, and knowledge management resources).
  • Coordinate responses to client AI surveys, security questionnaires, and other information requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent submissions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of legal-industry AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; monitor peer-firm adoption and market developments to inform continuous enhancement of AI capabilities and training.
  • Assist with evaluating new AI tools and platforms by assessing capabilities, fit-for-purpose use cases, implementation considerations, and potential impact on legal service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide program and administrative support for key AI initiatives, including maintaining current intranet content, supporting AI-related business development materials in collaboration with Marketing, and contributing to adoption and performance reporting.
  • Own, manage and update the AI Solutions SharePoint site, including information architecture, page and content maintenance, publishing governance, and quality control for training materials, FAQs, tool guides, policies, and use-case spotlights.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
