About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide support throughout the recruiting and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and helping us deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, and conference room booking.
  • Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process:
    • Ensure in-person and virtual meetings and interviews begin and end on time, as well as handle questions about interviews from candidates and team members.
    • Provide an itinerary for candidates ahead of interviews.
    • Coordinate Zoom interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams.
    • Correspond with candidates throughout the process.
  • Communicate with internal hiring team during the interview process by email, phone, and in person.
  • Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Follow up with interviewers and candidates' post-interview and compile feedback.
  • Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure a successful onboarding process.
  • Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and related reporting.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete, and proofread prior to posting.
Qualifications
  • Interest in developing a career in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
