The Roleย 
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise client engagements.ย 
You will collaborate with client business and technology teams, contribute to real software projects,ย 
and develop your skills in AI-assisted development, working at the intersection of software and AI,ย 
where demand is growing fastest.ย 
All new engineers begin with our 4-week FDE Foundations program at no cost to you. It is hands-on,ย 
designed to sharpen your technical skills and AI fluency on real tools before your first clientย 
engagement so you come out more capable and more marketable. Strong performers are selectedย 
for our paid training program, positioning them for placement on enterprise client projects uponย 
graduation.ย 


What You Will Doย 
โ€ข Contribute to software development projects for enterprise clientsย 
โ€ข Write clean, maintainable code across the full stackย 
โ€ข Apply AI and GenAI tools to improve development speed and qualityย 
โ€ข Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutionsย 
โ€ข Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentationย 
โ€ข Collaborate with a team of engineers in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentย 


What We Are Looking Forย 
โ€ข 3 to 6 years of software development experienceย 
โ€ข Strong Java Full Stack background requiredย 
โ€ข Python experience a plusย 
โ€ข Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with business and technicalย 
stakeholdersย 
โ€ข Proactive and able to work independentlyย 
โ€ข Authorized to work in the United Statesย 
โ€ข Open to relocation anywhere in the US (role is virtual to start; relocation will be required basedย 
on client placement, specific location not known at time of hire)ย

โ€ข Starting compensation $60,000, increasing to $100,000 upon client placementย
