• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to deeply understand their mental health conditions and personal needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused methodologies to encourage positive life changes.

Your primary clientele will include a diverse range of adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role will have you working closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances, building therapeutic relationships that foster healing and growth.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build meaningful relationships with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients in their mental health journeys.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills for handling caseloads efficiently and meeting administrative requirements.
• A clean disciplinary record with the applicable licensing board.
