Job description

Are you looking for a role that:

  • You can earn above average income based on work ethic and efficiency?
  • Is a hybrid position allowing work from home opportunities?
  • Is less stressful than a typical hands-on healthcare job? (Not on your feet, mostly desk work).
  • Offers promotion opportunities at an aggressively growing company?
  • Provides all the training and support you need to be successful

If so, we are hiring for CMA, CCMA, or LPN's. The role involves onboarding patients into our VCM (Virtual Care Management) program, and performing patient monitoring activities. While this role is primarily on-site, remote work and work-from-home opportunities are available.

Vironix Health is one the fastest growing Ai-health technology companies across the globe with cutting edge virtual care management (VCM) technologies that provide invaluable preventative care to patients with coronary, respiratory, and kidney diseases. Our comprehensive, flagship product provides Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services to physician practices for enhanced patient care and significant new revenue generation. We further provide cellular-enabled devices, software, mobile apps, and monitoring staff to support patients and improve outcomes while reducing healthcare costs and hospitalizations.

How You Get Paid — 3 Buckets

Contractors earn $22–$30/hour on average. Monthly paychecks typically range from $3000-$7000/month.

Bucket 1 – Remote Patient Monitoring (70–95% of pay)

  • Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications
  • Respond to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected (e.g., dangerously high blood pressure)
  • The more efficiently you work, the more you earn
  • Can be done from home (8 AM–5 PM) or on-site

Bucket 2 – Patient Enrollment (On-Site) | $15 per enrolled patient

  • Be present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week to enroll patients in the RPM program
  • When a patient comes in, you have ~10 minutes to introduce the program and walk them through enrollment
  • Real-time access to the patient schedule — you always know what your day looks like
  • Submit your preferred on-site days weeks in advance (3–5 days); the team schedules around your availability

Bucket 3 – On-Site Hourly Base | $7.25/hour

  • Clock in/out during on-site hours — covers commute time and gas
  • During downtime between enrollments, continue remote monitoring from a dedicated contractor station — earning from all 3 buckets simultaneously

Requirements

  • CMA, CCMA or LPN Certification / License
  • Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Experience in Medical Office procedures
  • Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
  • Proficiency in managing Medical Records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus

Benefits

  • Hybrid role: 2-3 days onsite, remaining time remote
  • Flexibility with scheduling on-site
  • Performance-driven: The # of patients monitored & work you complete will determine how much money you can make (there is no cap)

  • You supply your own laptop, home Wi-Fi, and vehicle for commuting
  • No employer-provided health insurance or PTO
