The General Store Manager directs, monitors and assures the implementation of operational
processes and procedures and established customer engagement policy to accomplish sales, profit
and customer service objectives. The GSM oversees the day to day operations of the store and
assures compliance to established administrative policy to achieve inventory, shrink and
controllable budget objectives. The GSM works closely with the merchandising staff to insure
program implementation and provides feedback on program success and merchandising needs.
