About The Role:
  • We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for finance transformation and corporate development effort.
  • This role will be within a fast-paced finance/corporate development group working on a high-priority initiatives with West Coast stakeholders.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager IV
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a corporate development / finance transformation initiative
  • Analysis and decision support, project management across established work streams, and coordination with stakeholders
  • Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
  • Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.
  • Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.
  • Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering) or finance/corporate development and minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • Finance/accounting background focused on analysis and decision support (not operations)
  • Strong project/program management with Merger & Acquisition (M&A) experience
  • Ability to handle projects and fluid, shifting timelines
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) tooling proficiency
  • Proficiency with G-suite and virtual data rooms
  • Proactiveness with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in technical field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering) or finance/corporate development
  • PMP or related certifications a plus
  • Prior FAANG or Big Tech preferred

Location: Remote [USA]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $228,800 - $291,200 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
