  • Collaborate with content strategy, digital marketing, and creative teams to ensure a consistent executive brand experience across all channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define program objectives, priorities, and success metrics.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify executive audiences and deliver best-in-class experiences.

  • Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.

Global Program Expansion

  • Support the growth of the CXO Program into additional global regions.

  • Partner with regional marketing teams to localize executive programming while maintaining a consistent global experience.

  • Document repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and operational processes to enable successful expansion across international markets.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure executive engagement, event success, community growth, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

  • Analyze program performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

  • Prepare executive presentations and regular program updates for senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events.

  • Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable collaborating across executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

  • Willingness to travel for event execution.

Preferred Qualifications
