We're seeking a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about applying Generative AI and automation technologies to improve employee experiences at scale. This role sits within a high-visibility enterprise AI organization responsible for deploying AI-powered workflow solutions across a Fortune 100 company. You'll work directly with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do- Lead discovery efforts to identify workflow and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate AI and automation use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and uncover root causes behind requests.
