In this role, you will provide direct patient care, working prn shifts in the Fort Worth area, administer medications, and monitor ongoing health needs in accordance with each patient's individualized care plan. Our RNs work independently in the field while collaborating closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings

  • Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.)

  • Administer medications as ordered

  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home care strategies

  • Perform ongoing patient data collection and maintain accurate documentation

  • Develop, update, and follow individualized care plans

  • Ensure all orders are followed, documented, and communicated appropriately

  • Build trust and rapport with patients and families

  • Deliver exceptional patient experience through responsiveness and care

Registered Nurse Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Texas and/or compact license
