Job Summary and Qualifications

As a member of the Cardiac Cath Lab team, you will ensure optimal patient care and safety at all times.   • You will perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory
  • You will use appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during and after invasive cardiac procedures

What qualifications you will need:

  • Current CA Nursing License

  • Current ACLS certification required
  • Current BCLS certification required
  • CCRN preferred
  • Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • AA Degree
  • B.S.N or B.A. preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of full-time equivalent or more prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, Critical Care experience, and or similar nursing experience in interventional procedures
