Job description

We are looking for a Wound Care Registered Nurse/PRN Must be available as Needed
Responsibilities:
Upon receiving physician consult, evaluates inpatient wounds and monitors and treats the wounds as per
treatment policies and procedures. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the long term acute
care setting. Communicates with physicians/DON/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patients
clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and
accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse with a current Louisiana license.
  • Current Certification of Wound Care
  • One year or more experience
