Job description

We're looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to support a busy executive in managing the details that keep a business running smoothly. This isn't a typical VA role - we're looking for someone who brings genuine professionalism, sound judgment, and a polished presence to everything they touch. You'll be trusted with high-level responsibilities, represent your client with confidence, and bring order and clarity to a fast-moving schedule. If you're the kind of person who anticipates needs before they're voiced, takes pride in doing things right the first time, and handles sensitive information with the utmost discretion, we want to meet you.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum) - this is non-negotiable for this role.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-trust support role.
  • Outstanding written communication skills - you will be writing and responding on behalf of your client.
  • Strong eye for design and visual presentation; experience with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, including financial data, with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent judgment - someone who can make thoughtful decisions independently when the client is unavailable.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable managing email inboxes, drafting correspondence, and prioritizing communications.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - comfortable working with data, building reports, and drawing basic insights from spreadsheets.
  • Experience with data analysis or business reporting is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting content creation or media-related workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive's email inbox, draft responses, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Represent the executive professionally in communications and interactions when they are unavailable.
  • Create and refine presentations, LinkedIn content, and other public-facing materials with a polished, on-brand look.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information - including financial documents - with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize, analyze, and summarize data using Excel or Google Sheets to support decision-making.
  • Support content production workflows, from preparation through to publication-ready delivery.
  • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively flag priorities, deadlines, and action items.
  • Take on a variety of tasks as business needs evolve, with a "no task too big or too small" attitude.
