• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations to assess clients' psychological conditions and needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their unique goals and objectives are addressed.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices and effective therapeutic techniques.
• Track and document each client's progress in a timely manner, ensuring accurate clinical records that meet industry standards.
• Engage with clients to establish therapeutic milestones, guiding them through their mental health journey.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and new methodologies in mental health counseling.

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily engage with a diverse client population presenting various mental health challenges. Our clients undergo a thorough pre-screening process, ensuring they are low acuity and ready for counseling. This approach allows for more effective and efficient therapeutic interventions, as you can dedicate your skills to clients who are seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management within a manageable framework.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active and valid licensure in the state of Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with no history of disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of clinical practice as a mental health counselor, demonstrating effectiveness in individual therapy and patient engagement.
• Experience with telehealth systems and virtual counseling environments is highly desirable, as it will facilitate your adaptation to our operational platform.
